Privacy Policy

EasyMe LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS), United Arab Emirates, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@easymeclub.com.

Account details. Your name, email address and an encrypted form of your password. We never store your password in readable form.

Your answers to the onboarding questions. Your goal, age range, what gets in the way, where you want to focus, how much time you have and how movement feels. We use these to choose your programme.

How you use the platform. Which sessions you complete, your streak, habits ticked, lessons read, and the comments and reactions you post.

What you choose to add. Check-in notes, weight entries and progress photos, if you use those features.

Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and basic logs — the ordinary records a website keeps to run and stay secure.

Payment data — not held by us. Card details go directly to Paddle. We only ever see whether your membership is active, when it renews, and an identifier linking your account to your subscription.

Some of what you tell us — a focus on pelvic floor, aching knees, or a progress photo — says something about your body and health. We treat it as sensitive. We use it only to personalise your plan and show you your own progress. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

• To give you the service you signed up for: your daily plan, your programme, your progress.
• To take payment and manage your membership.
• To reply when you contact support.
• To keep the platform secure and diagnose faults.
• To send service emails — trial reminders, renewal notices, important changes. You cannot opt out of these while you hold an account, because they are part of the service.
• To send optional updates about new content, only if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only with the companies that help us run EasyMe:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our merchant of record, which processes payments, tax and refunds.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the platform and your account data.
• Our video delivery provider, which streams the sessions to you.
• Our email provider, for the service emails described above.

Each of them is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we never have.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.

Our providers may store and process data in countries other than yours, including inside the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the region it was collected in, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep your account data while your account exists. If you close it, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep longer for tax and accounting — typically payment records for up to 7 years.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can also object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Email support@easymeclub.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Blocking the sign-in cookie in your browser will prevent you from logging in.

EasyMe is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change how we use your data in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
